Phase One: Pre-Release
90-Day Life Skills Building Program (Inside NNCC). Reconnection 180 will facilitate a structured curriculum inside NNCC tailored to individuals with approved parole dates.
Phase Two: Transportation & Day-of-Release Support
On the day of release, Reconnection 180 will coordinate with parole and probation to provide transportation from the facility to the individual’s assigned housing. We will also supply personal hygiene kits, clothing, and a warm first meal, essentials often overlooked, but deeply impactful.
Phase Three: 90-Day Case Management, Housing, & Employment Support
The post release case managment program will include: check-ins, employment, mental and physical health care, substance abuse programs, & parole compliance.
