At Reconnect 180, we know that real reentry success is not just about walking out the gate, Every year, thousands of men and women return home from Nevada’s prisons. Many leave with determination, but without housing, employment, or consistent support, the road to rebuilding can feel impossible. That’s why collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.
We’re inviting organizations, agencies, and community leaders across Nevada to join us in building a stronger network of reentry support, one that meets people where they are and walks with them as they rebuild.
Our 90/90 Reentry Program creates structure and accountability:
90 Days Pre-Release: Life skills, employment readiness, documentation, and reentry planning inside the facility.
90 Days Post-Release: Case management, job placement, housing coordination, and mentorship in the community.
But the truth is, no single organization can do it alone. It takes all of us working together: from workforce and housing providers to behavioral health, faith-based groups, and local businesses willing to open their doors.
If your organization believes in second chances and wants to be part of a statewide movement to change how reentry is done in Nevada, we want to connect.
Send us a message to learn more about partnership opportunities. Together, we can turn hope into action, and reentry into restoration. It’s about what happens next.
